Art and History of this Hermès Scarf

With Joies d'Hiver, Joachim Metz captures a suspended moment, imbued with urban poetry and seasonal nostalgia. Inspired by a rare but magical phenomenon – the freezing of the Paris lakes – this scarf pays tribute to the gentleness of winters past, to those shared moments of joyful skating, far from any thought of performance, when Parisian elegance glides across the ice in a spontaneous ballet.
The choice of silk jacquard heightens the preciousness of this exceptional scene, turning the accessory into a frozen memory of a rare moment.
