Hermès cashmere and silk scarf, 90 cm – Turkish Horse – Christiane Vauzelles – 1970
Created in 1970 by Christiane Vauzelles , Cheval Turc was reissued in 1989, 1991, and 2002. This cashmere and silk version is recent. The stylized horse, inspired by the Ottoman Orient, is accompanied by floral and decorative motifs evoking the splendor of the Turkish Empire.
This scarf is crafted from a sumptuous blend of cashmere and silk , carefully cleaned by a specialist dry cleaner . The texture is supple, ultra-soft, slightly fuzzy, and drapes beautifully. Its 90cm width makes it easy to wear.
Palette: Shades of pink, brown and gold.
